Covering-letter on company’s letter head mentioning the name of the applicant, designation, passport number, purpose of visit and duration of visit. The letter should also state the period of employment, leaves granted, nature of business and companies to be visited in Uganda. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Uganda High Commission, New Delhi.

Invitation Letter from Uganda host / inviting Company on its letter head(should be in color)stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
