Use this page to ask Trawel.in to delete your traveler account and the personal data we hold about you from enquiries, chats, wishlists, and marketing lists.
How to request

02We may ask a short follow-up question (for example, a past enquiry destination or phone number) to confirm we are deleting the right traveler profile.
We delete associated data
03We remove or anonymize enquiry details, chat history, marketing preferences, and profile information tied to your contact details, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or booking reasons.
You get confirmation
04We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and will reply once the request is processed.
What may be retained
Some information cannot be fully erased immediately if the law or an active booking requires us to keep it.
- Confirmed booking, invoice, or payment records required for accounting or dispute resolution
- Information already shared with hotels, airlines, or other partners for an active or completed trip (those partners control their own copies)
- Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you
