Terms for Travelers

Clear terms, smoother journeys.

Great trips are built on good expectations. These terms explain how bookings, changes, responsibilities, and on-trip realities work when you travel with Trawel.in.

Traveler Quick Read

Last updated May 8, 2026

  • Prices and availability are confirmed only after supplier confirmation.
  • Refunds, date changes, and credits follow the rules of the booked travel partners.
  • Accurate traveler details and valid documents help keep your itinerary stress-free.

Planning With Us

01

When you ask us to plan a trip, we use your preferences, budget, dates, passport details where required, and destination needs to prepare options. Quotes may change until flights, hotels, visas, transfers, or experiences are confirmed by the relevant travel partner.

Bookings and Payments

02

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and our team shares confirmation details. Some fares, rooms, cruises, permits, activities, and seasonal offers are time-sensitive, so delays in payment can affect price or availability.

Changes and Cancellations

03

Travel plans can shift, and we will help wherever possible. Any change, cancellation, refund, credit note, or date move depends on airline, hotel, visa, cruise, supplier, and destination rules, including their timelines and charges.

Traveler Responsibilities

04

Please review names, dates, documents, visa requirements, vaccination rules, baggage rules, and destination advisories before travel. Travelers are responsible for valid passports, entry approvals, accurate information, and respectful conduct during the journey.

Destination Realities

05

Weather, local events, government notices, airline schedules, hotel operations, traffic, and safety advisories can affect an itinerary. If something changes on ground, we focus on practical alternatives so your journey stays as smooth as possible.

Our Role

06

Trawel.in curates and coordinates travel services with trusted partners. We are not the airline, embassy, hotel, cruise line, transport provider, or attraction operator, but we stay involved to support you through the experience.

These terms are written to be easy to understand, but they are still important. If a destination, fare, visa, or resort policy has special conditions, our team will share those details while planning your trip.
