    Original Passport with validity of minimum 6-9 months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. Please Note: a) Attach copy of bio data pages of passports. b) Attach all your old passports (if any) c) Handwritten passports and passports with any manual observations will not be accepted. d) Passport issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted.

    Two visa application forms duly filled and signed.
  • Photo Specification
    Two recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

    Covering-letter on company’s letter head mentioning the name of the applicant, designation, passport number, purpose of visit and duration of visit. The letter should also state the period of employment, leaves granted, nature of business and companies to be visited in Uganda. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Uganda High Commission, New Delhi.

    Invitation Letter from Uganda host / inviting Company on its letter head(should be in color)stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. The letter should also have the telephone/fax number of the Inviting person. Invitation letter should be faxed OR mail to Uganda High Commission Delhi.
