- Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy.
- Hand written passport is strictly not allowed
- Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.
- Passport should have minimum 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of travel
- PhotographsTwo recent colored photographs of size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm white background with matt or semi matt finish with 80% face coverage, white background and without border. (Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas)Show details
- Covering LetterOriginal Covering Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by him (Employed applicants should print it on Normal A4 Paper and Self Employed/Businessman should print it on their letterhead with seal (Rubber stamp) & sign)Show details
- Documents to be submittedFinancial Documents: • Original Bank statement for last 6 months with seal & sign of Bank officer with a closing balance equivalent to USD 700 OR 20,000 THB for Individual and USD 1400 OR THB 40,000 for family • Alternatively, if you don’t have bank statement, then you can provide either Original Forex purchase receipt of USD 700 Or International Credit card copy front & back, self-attested with credit card statement for last 1 month (This is applicable only for Kolkata & Mumbai jurisdiction) In Delhi & Chennai jurisdiction only Bank statement is acceptable as Financial Document Additional Required Documents:Show details
