  • Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy.
  • Hand written passport is strictly not allowed
  • Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.
  • Passport should have minimum 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of travel
• Documents to be submitted

  • Required Documents: Below mentioned documents need not to be submitted to VISA by InstaHelp - Trawel.in for visa processing, VISA by InstaHelp - Trawel.in will require only documents mentioned in Point no.1 & 2 above, below documents are essential to be carried by passengers while travelling along with them. • Important Considerations: Eligibility Criteria (Who should apply) Indian nationals must apply for and successfully complete pre-arrival registration online before they can visit or transit the HKSAR visa-free (if seeking to enter the HKSAR during transit). Pre-arrival registration is not required for Indian nationals in direct transit by air and not leaving the airport transit area. An Indian national can make use of the online service to apply for pre-arrival registration free of charge if he/she: (a) Holds an Indian passport valid for at least six months; and (b) intends to visit or transit (except in direct transit by air and not leaving the airport transit area) the HKSAR for a stay not exceeding 14 days. • Exception to Pre arrival registration: Subject to normal immigration requirements being met, the following categories of Indian nationals may visit the HKSAR without pre-arrival registration: An Indian national must apply for an appropriate Visa for the Immigration Department if he/she: (a) intends to visit the HKSAR for a stay exceeding 14 days; or (b) intends to come to the HKSAR for a purpose other than visit (e.g. employment, study, or take up residence in the HKSAR).

  • Confirmed Return Ticket
  • Hotel Confirmation
  • Sufficient Currency either in the form of Cash/Traveller Cheques / Card
  • 2 latest clicked photos (Suggested)
  • Indian Nationals who wish to stay in HKSAR for a period exceeding 14 Days
  • Indian Nationals who wish to enter HKSAR for a purpose other than Visit I.e. Employment, Study, taking residence in HKSAR.
  • Indian Nationals who are in Direct Air Transit & will not be leaving International Airport Transit Area
  • Holders of a valid Indian diplomatic or official passport
  • Holders of United Nations Laissez Passer coming to the HKSAR or transiting the HKSAR to/from a third place for official United Nations business
  • Those who have successfully enrolled for e-Channel service for Frequent Visitors
  • Holders of a valid HKSAR Travel Pass
  • Those who have obtained a valid entry Visa for the HKSAR
  • Also, Indian nationals who are a member of operating aircrew or operating sea crew on board vessels, or a contract seaman may also come to the HKSAR without PAR, subject to normal immigration requirements being met.
