    Copy of Invitation Letter from Serbian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the nature of business,duration of visit, and name and address of the company to be visited. a) The Letter should be in a specified format/form and must be duly stamped by the Serbian Company. b) The letter should be both in Serbian and English language.

    a) Personal Presence of the applicant might be required, which is on the discretion of the embassy. b) The Government of the Republic of Serbia has announced that applicants will be allowed to travel Serbia for the stay upto 90 days without obtaining a separate visa provided: i) Applicant holding a valid Schengen visa, USA, UK visa or visa to any other European Union Country . ii) Applicant holding residence permit of Schengen country, US or any other European Country. However, all the passports holding valid visa as per the criteria mentioned above along with the ticket have to be presented to the Embassy and post checking, Embassy will issue a letter to applicant which they need to carry at the time of travel & can enter Serbia without visa.
