  Visa Application Form. Form has to be completed online & with all necessary documents to be uploaded as a soft copy (Scan copies) in Embassy Portal (VISA by InstaHelp - Trawel.in will provide you one sample form which needs to be filled by you & then VISA by InstaHelp - Trawel.in will keep that form as base & upload the final form in Embassy portal as well as upload all documents on your behalf). Note: for Minor applicants, Form should be signed by both parents along with Signature or Thumb impression of Minor applicant as appearing on his/her passport.

  • Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy.
  • Hand written passport is strictly not allowed
  • Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.
  • Passport should have minimum 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of travel
• Photographs

  A recent digital colour photograph White background, matt finished with face area Head to chin should be around 50 to 70 % (digital photo 472 x 610 pixels in dimension; scanned photo – 4 x 5.16 cm in size, scanned at 300 DPI resolutions). (Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas)

• Covering Letter

  Original Covering Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by him (Employed applicants should print it on Normal A4 Paper and Self Employed/Businessman should print it on their letterhead with seal (Rubber stamp) & sign)

  • Personal Income Tax Returns OR Form 16 for last 3 Assessment years
  • Original Personal Saving Bank Account Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer with minimum closing balance of around Rs 1,00,000 per person (Sudden deposit of money is not allowed), statement should be updated at least 15 days prior to submission date.
  • Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead with seal & sign
  • Personal Income Tax returns for last 3 years
  • Original Personal Saving Bank Account Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer with minimum closing balance of Rs 1,00,000 per person (Sudden deposit of money is not allowed), statement should be updated at least 15 days prior to submission date.
  • Visiting card & Employee Id card copy
  • Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation /Partnership Deed/Shop & establishment license etc. (As applicable)
  • Student ID Card copy
  • Leave sanction letter on school or college letterhead with seal & sign
  • If Minor student is travelling alone or only with one parent then No objection certificate is required on Rs 100 stamp paper from Non accompanying parent, attested by Notary Public along with their signature id proof like passport copy OR PAN Card copy
  • Day wise Itinerary
  • Hotel Confirmations
  • Airline booking confirmation OR Confirmed Return Ticket
  • Overseas Medical Insurance for the entire period of stay in Georgia with minimum coverage of USD 50,000 for all risks like medical emergency evacuation, repatriation of remains, illness, accidents etc.
  • Visa for ity Letter from Applicant Visa for izing travel agent to submit & collect application
