- Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy.
- Hand written passport is strictly not allowed
- Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.
- Passport should have minimum 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of travel.
- PhotographsThree recent colored photographs of size 3.5 cm x 5 cm with matt finish with white background in which face area should be 60 to 70 % i.e. Head to chin area should be between 3 to 3.5 cm.Show details
- Covering LetterOriginal Covering Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit, duly signed by him (Employed applicants should print it on Normal A4 Paper and Self Employed/Businessman should print it on their letterhead)Show details
- Documents to be submitted• Financial Documents: Note: Bank statement is a compulsory requirement for Mumbai Jurisdiction & if you are falling under Chennai or Delhi Jurisdiction then bank statement will be required only for First time travelers i.e. passenger with no prior travel record in the passport. • Additional Required DocumentsShow details
- Original Bank Statement for last three months with bank seal & signature on each and every page and with a minimum balance of Rs.30000 for Individual & with a minimum closing balance of Rs 60,000 for family.
- Hotel Confirmation Booking (Hotel bookings made from Booking.com is not acceptable)
- Confirmed return ticket
- If minor is travelling only with one parent or no parent, then NOC from Non accompanying parent is required on Rs 100 stamp paper with Notary along with passport copy of Non accompanying parents
- Explanation letter if not travelled on previously issued Malaysia visa
