    One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
  • Photo Specification
    Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas. It is mandatory for the applicants to sign at the back of the photograph.

  • Covering Letter
    Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit and should be duly signed by the authorized signatory. The letter should be addressed to "High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus" , New Delhi.

    Invitation Letter from Cyprus host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, purpose of travel & duration of stay and should be duly signed by the signatory with his name & designation. Please Note: The letter should be directly faxed to the Embassy through the company's fax machine only.

    a) Personal ITR for 3 years b) Salary slips for last three months c) Personal Bank Statement in original for last three months mentioning the applicants name with Bank seal and signature of authorized signatory on each page.Note : Bank should be on A4 size paper. d) Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler’s Cheque Please Note: The bank statement should not be more than 4 days old from the date of submission of the application.

    Hotel confirmation on its letter head to be directly faxed to the Embassy (011-26111160) and a copy of the same has to be submitted along with the visa application.

  • Airline Reservation
    Round trip air ticket. Please Note : As per Republic of Cyprus, “ercan” (TYMBOU) is an illegally operating airport, situated in the occupied part of the Republic of Cyprus. The airport is non-existent under international law and practice and its potential use amounts to an illegal entry and exit from the Republic of Cyprus. Hence it is advised not to prepare an itinerary showing the aforesaid airport as ENTRY or EXIT port. The designated international airports of Cyprus are – Larnaca, Paphos and Nicosia airports.

    Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Please Note
    a) If visiting to any friend or relative, following documents need to be submitted. i) Stamped Bank Guarantee by the Migration Department in NICOSIA is required. ii) Notarized Assumption of Responsibility from the host. b) Ticket and Hotel should show departures after 10 days from the date of submission. c) For 30 days visa or more, applicant has to arrange an approval from the Ministry of Interior/Dept of Labour. d) If applicant has a valid, double and/or multiple entries Schengen visa on his/her passport, he/she can enter Cyprus without a visa.
