    One Recent clicked photograph with white background and 80% face coverage. Please Note: a) The image size should be minimum 90 pixels wide x 120 pixels(jpg,gif,png) and should not exceed by 100 kb. b) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old.

    Covering-letter from company on its letterhead stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of the visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Chile", New Delhi.

    A copy of Invitation Letter from Chilean host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name and purpose of travel & duration of stay along with sponsorship details. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation.

    Self Employed: Proof of ownership Employed: Salary slips for last 3 months.

    Authority-letter authorizing instahelp India Pvt Ltd to submit & collect the documents & the letter should be Notarized on Rs.50 stamp paper. Please Note: The letter must have thumb impression of the applicant next to his signatures.
