InstaHelp provides travel services, including but not limited to booking accommodations, transportation, guided tours, and customized travel itineraries. Please note that bookings are often routed through various third-party service providers, and their own terms & conditions will apply in addition to InstaHelp’s policies.
All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bangalore.
InstaHelp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on Trawel.in and are effective immediately.
The service fee collected at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable, even if the booking is canceled or altered.
Refunds for travel services, including flight tickets, hotels, or tours, are subject to the individual service provider’s policies. InstaHelp will assist in the process but cannot guarantee refund amounts or timelines.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of approval by the respective service provider. InstaHelp is not responsible for delays due to provider policies or bank processing times.
Each service provider, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, has its own cancellation policy. InstaHelp will inform you of these at booking, and guests are advised to review them carefully.
InstaHelp is not liable for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. Guests should contact their travel insurance provider for claims in such cases.
All legal matters will be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore.
